Sumatra coffees are very interesting when decaffeinated, because the non-decaf coffee beans have so little acidity and so much body the coffee works very well with the Swiss Water process decaf method.

Judges Comments : Wow....DeCaf. This coffee has a complexity of flavours that would, and does, knock many coffees out of the park. There is a savoury butteryness. It's like a griddled courgette with gentle spicy seasoning.
